2. Yasso bars. I love frozen yogurt. The problem with fro yo is the spoon. It's too easy to keep spooning more and more! Think of how spoon-happy you can get with Nutella or peanut butter. The same goes for a carton of fro yo. Yasso bars are a great solution because you get one bar, a relatively large bar compared to other fro yo bars like Outshine, and they're almost all under 100 calories! Plus, there are so many flavors, and only 4 come in a box, so you can only do so much damage. My favorite is Sea Salt Caramel.
3. Gilly's Sugar Free Gelatin Cups. These things were a staple for my diet when I lived in Las Vegas. They were the perfect, cool treat on a hot day.... a great alternative to ice cream. You get 24 cups in a pack so they work out to be half as expensive as Jello branded sugar free jello cups, not to mention half the calories at only 5 calories a cup. Yes, 5 measly calories! And in my opinion they taste way better. You get lime, orange, strawberry, and black cherry in the package. Strawberry is the best. You can get them at your local Walmart or Winco.

5. Fresh strawberries. These are so good, so filling, and so low calorie! One 16 oz carton is only 150 calories. You can usually find them on sale for 2 cartons for $5. Not bad. These really satisfy my sweet tooth. My favorite way to prepare them: cut off the stems, rinse them off, let them soak in luke-warm water for 2 minutes (this makes them super juicy and not too cold for sensitive teeth), then strain the water, sprinkle with a packet of splenda, and there you go!
